Working with AI – Scenography
2026

Fort support.
Final-semester project before graduation.
Set on the Fort du Saint-Eynard, overlooking Grenoble, this project reactivates a dormant military site as a cultural destination. Training AI to explore atmospheres and scenic ideas, the fort becomes a grid of places hosting modular installations to shelter, exhibit, project and guide.

Training dataset of the Fort.
Training dataset of stage rigs.
Training dataset of shows and atmosphere.

I trained LoRAs, small custom AI models, on a dataset of my own photos. They generated architectural archetypes that could be placed on the Fort du Saint-Eynard to create different atmospheres: concerts, light shows and other events. These images helped me imagine what could happen in the fort and design its scenography. AI and the generated images are not an end in themselves, but methodological hybrids that open up possible scenarios and reveal experiences to be lived.

This experiment served as an exercise for me to understand the place AI can take in the design process of an architectural project.
