Housing at the confluence.
Located on the last undeveloped plot at the southern tip of Nieuport (Belgium), where two canals meet, the project completes the city’s urban edge and links the town to the Koolhofput nature reserve. Its 2 residential buildings sit mainly on brownfield site that was already built on, to limit environmental impact. The result is a sustainable, community-oriented neighbourhood where city and nature come together.
